Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. Smart TV in living area with streaming apps. Families - we do have a pack 'n play. Twin sleeper sofa and a comfortable single fold out bed located in the closet. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. We do offer a white noise machine by the bed. Must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
