A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. The one to the right as you enter the back door takes you to the 6th floor. There is a queen murphy bed downstairs. Very easy to use. There is a full bath downstairs as well. For Coffee - we have a Keurig for which we provide pods, creamers and sweetener. Games include two deck of cards, Yahtzee and Scrabble. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away, the bar (mostly on busy weekends) located behind the Behrens building and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.

We have one designated parking space for our guest next to the building and free parking just across the street on 4th & Mary as well as free street parking. Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
