We are three blocks to Magnolia Market, one block to Spice Village, across the street from Dr Pepper Museum & right next to the Fabled Book Shop and Cafe and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays & less than 1 mile to Baylor University. We also are only 15 minutes to BSR Cable Park & Homestead Heritage. If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo and Waco Mammoth National Monument- all just a short commute from this condo!

Other Details to Note

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay. The living room has Smart TV with streaming apps. Families - we do have a pack 'n play. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.

We have stayed at Behren’s Lofts three or so times and this was my favorite loft. First floor, beautiful and spotless, and incredibly responsive host. I love the lofts for location and charm. Open ceilings, building constructed in 1913. You know staying in lofts you’ll have some neighbor noise, but it was minimal here. Definitely would stay again. You’re in walking distance of many great restaurants (we lived in Waco 15+ years). Ninfa’s is super close, Pignetti’s, the new Opal’s Oysters (incredible!) is 4 blocks away. Stay here! Perfect for family of 4.

Our stay at The Downtown Behrens in Waco was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Waco. Everything was exactly as described and felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional hospitality from the hosts. We accidentally parked in the wrong parking spot and our car was towed (completely our mistake), which could have been a really stressful situation. The hosts responded immediately, were incredibly kind and patient, and helped us quickly figure out what to do. Their willingness to help made a huge difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. It’s rare to find hosts who are this attentive, responsive, and gracious. Between the beautiful space, the perfect location, and the outstanding hospitality, this stay exceeded our expectations. If you’re visiting Waco, you can’t go wrong staying

We had a wonderful time staying at the loft. The place is super clean, spacious, and comfortable and they provide everything you need to feel right at home. The location is safe and convenient and close to many restaurants. This is hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!

Find us

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
