Centrally-located in downtown Waco, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this spacious loft sleeps 6 and will bridge the gap between your dreams and the reality of a perfect vacation spot. We are located just three blocks from Magnolia, across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum, and walking distance to some of Waco's outstanding local restaurants. We are also only 15 minutes to Waco Surf. Additionally, this condo is only a mile from Baylor's campus making it a great place to stay for games, graduation, and other college events.
Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. Feel free to unload at the back of the building before parking. The Coffee Machine is a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay. The living and bedrooms have Smart TV's with streaming apps. Bedroom TV's are 32". Living room is 75". Wifi download speed 825Mbps. Upload 52 Mbps. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
