The space itself features 3 bedrooms, all decorated in a stylish fashion. Likewise, the bathrooms are spacious and furnished with personal amenities. There are also several areas to enjoy an indoor meal together or lounge on the comfy furniture to watch a movie or an exciting sports event on the 72" Samsung Frame TV. Two of the beds have adjustable heads. The window blinds are electronically controlled and very easy to use. The condo is located in downtown Waco and within walking distance of The Silo District and some of the best restaurants & shopping Waco has to offer. If you are interested in activities around Baylor University like McLane Stadium, Texas Ranger Hall Of Fame & Museum, Texas Sports Hall Of Fame, you can take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you are bringing children, we highly recommend Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo. We are also only 15 minutes to BSR Cable Park. License number STR0000397-05-2021

Other Details to Note

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. The living room tv is a Smart TV with Streaming Apps and cable. Families - we do have a pack and play available if requested! One parking space directly behind the building. One bed Tempur-Pedic with adjustable head. One bed a Beutyrest Black with adjustable head. Must be 21 or older to book.

My girls and I stayed here while attending the Silobration at Magnolia. The Loft condo was in a perfect location ! My girls & I loved everything about it including the very comfy beds ! Also we discovered there wasn’t an ironing board. I contacted the host & they brought us a new one while we were at dinner.. WOW so impressed! We walked everywhere because this loft is in a perfect location especially if you’re visiting Magnolia. This was one of the best girls trips ever in part due to this wonderful Air B&B. We plan to do this trip again next year and will hope this place is available.

Loved the location and atmosphere of the place. Within walking distance of TONS of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Stayed for a Bachelorette trip and will definitely recommend to everyone!

We had a great stay! There was so much room for all of us in the living areas and the bedrooms! The kids loved living the Loft life and looking out of the big windows over the town! We were walkable to Magnolia as well as restaurants and other activities! The location was perfect! We felt safe in the building with its codes on the doors. The parking was great as well as it was covered so the car was not baking when we got inch day! Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our visit. The apartment was perfect for our family. Lots of places to walk to and eat. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating in. The living room was great for relaxing in the evening. Beds were comfortable and the building was quiet and secure.

Find us

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
