1. Absolutely NO smoking. or vaping. 2. No pets. 3. Large balcony located upstairs. No more than 12 at a time on this balcony. 4. Children under 2 not recommended. We have stairs to the 2nd floor. Low banister railings. Stairs to enter the house in the front and back. 5. We have a narrow entrance from the street. You will need to take a wide turn when entering the driveway. 6. No street parking. There is ample parking behind the home. 7. Keep the volume down at night. Be respectful, courteous and thoughtful of the neighbors who live here. If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property. 8. There are two smart TV's with streaming apps available, as well as cable. 9. We do provide both a conventional coffee maker, as well as a Keurig and pods. 10. Wifi speed is 100 Mbps download. 11. Must be 21 or older to book. V
