Close to Lake Waco, golf courses, general shopping & also 15 minutes to downtown Waco & Baylor, there is no better place than this charming farmhouse to make your vacation special & complete. A hot tub & game room are available to guests & are operational all year long. Game room includes air hockey, foosball, Pop-A-Shot arcade basketball and a commercial grade arcade machine with LED screen and games such as Pac-Man, Space Invaders and Galaxia. Other places of interest near our home are Highlander Ranch-McLennan Community College, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Waco Regional Airport, Homestead Heritage and the Brazos & Bosque Rivers. Ask us about small event pricing for birthday parties, church groups, sororities, team building and more. Event pricing determined after information about event and numbers have been provided.

1. Roku TV's in bedrooms and living area. No cable. 2. Guest are responsible for bringing their own firewood for outdoor fire pit/BBQ pit. Chairs are not provided for outdoor fire pit so please bring your own comfortable chair. Please verify burn ban is not in place before starting a fire. 3. Blow up mattress available upon request. 4. The farmhouse was perfect for us! We were in town for the Auburn vs Baylor game and was only a 20 min ride to campus. My wife wanted to go to the magnolia silos and it was about the same ride time! The game room was awesome and the privacy was great! Would definitely stay there again if ever back in Waco!

This is a beautiful home. Our group of 5 had plenty of space, everyone had a comfortable bed, and we enjoyed spending time together in the big open great room area and out in the game shed. Lots of good memories. The only issue we had was resolved quickly by the management. Their responsiveness was appreciated. The big front lawn, tree-covered back yard and porches were underutilized by our group because of the July heat, but they definitely add to the character of the house.

The farmhouse was the perfect amount of countryside while still being close to everything. The home was charming, clean, and peaceful. We really enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs. The game room and hot tub were such a nice addition to an already amazing home. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time renting an Airbnb. I wasn't sure quite what to expect. The home was just like the pictures showed. It was spotless, very comfortable and very peaceful. The farmhouse decor throughout was beautiful, like straight out of a magazine. The amenities were great, we really loved the hot tub and the game room. It was a bit hard to leave this morning. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the farmhouse! Just as pictured. Had everything we needed for our small family for a four day weekend. Private, well decorated and all the necessary conveniences provided, even the treats for us and the kiddos were very welcoming. The spa was clean and ready to use and the game room was an added bonus for us that we used multiple times a day! Perfect spot to stay in Waco we were 5-20 minutes to all the attractions we ventured to. Cleanliness plenty of space and comfortable beds are key to an enjoyable home away from home stay. 5 stars! Highly recommend to others visiting the Waco area!

Clean & Cozy find! Listing was accurate and when we arrived it was everything we expected. House was very clean and well stocked. A bit outside of downtown Waco but was a nice quiet area. My kids also loved the game room, overall a great space for our family of 4.
