Guest Access

Guests have access to entire home and back yard with the exception of a locked supply closet. Please do not access the shop behind the house. Privacy of guests will be respected by the owners whose home is in the nearby physical proximity of the Lonetree Ranch. Owners dog name is Mac and is very friendly. He is a Shar Pei and will be kept inside during guest stay but you may see him outside in the owners yard from time to time taking a potty break.

The backyard, enclosed by a privacy fence, boasts a covered patio, a spacious outdoor couch, a 165-inch projection screen, a fire pit, and a large hot tub—everything you could dream of. Other Details to Note

Must be 21 years or older to book. No pets. No smoking/vaping. The living room tv is a Smart TV with streaming Apps no cable. We provide a Keurig coffee maker with pods creamer and sweeteners. Owners live next door and have a friendly Shar Pei named Mac. He will be kept in during guest stay except for the occasional potty break. We have a Ring camera located at the front door and a security camera facing down the driveway.

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen worked well for us to prepare meals. All of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds. The backyard is beautiful and very nice to just enjoy some time outside.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Communication with the rental company was smooth and helpful throughout. The host went above and beyond—letting our kids feed the cows out back, play on the basketball court, and ride their e-bikes. It truly exceeded our expectations. If we ever make our way back to Waco, this will definitely be our go-to spot. Thank you!

Stop scrolling through Airbnb listings and book the Lonetree Ranch NOW! It gets an A+++! We had a wonderful stay at this home. If you are looking for a lovely, well appointed home in a peaceful setting, then the Lonetree Ranch house is for you. The home is beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and appliances you will need. We really enjoyed the huge drawer full of a variety of K-cup options for the Keurig! The bathrooms feel very lux; beautifully done with high end finishes and quality hair and body wash products. The beds are extremely comfortable with numerous pillows and blankets to keep everyone comfortable no matter their sleep style. The backyard/lanai area is awesome! We enjoyed an evening of grilling steaks and relaxing in the huge hot tub. The hosts are delightful, extremely helpful and very responsive.

The house is in a rural area and next to the owner's home, but further away than most next door neighbors. From driving through the gate to entering the house, everything was neat and in order. You can tell great care is taken to keep the property looking its best. The house and backyard are very private. We never felt "too close" or in view. The home looked brand new on the inside when we walked in and felt very comfortable. There are three nicely decorated bedrooms. We stayed in the master and could have been as comfortable in any of them. Everything we needed and more was there. We enjoyed the outdoor theater and the hot tub. The location was near enough to all we wanted to do in Waco and more. I can imagine bringing grandkids back one day to see the nearby Waco Mammoth National Monument.

This house was perfect! We had a formal in Waco and booked this house for the weekend, and it was the best. We loved the hot tub with the projector in the backyard, and the rooms and bathrooms were stocked with anything from toothbrushes to curling irons! This place was so awesome and everything was so clean and nice. Would for sure recommend booking this AirBNB to anyone that needs a place in Waco for the weekend! Kind of a drive from town but worth it!

Though only about 15 minutes drive from Downtown Waco, it is a more rural residential neighborhood. Therefore, your own transportation is recommended. Turo, Uber and Lyft are also available in Waco.
