The Condo Designed for comfort and convenience, this condo offers everything you need for a relaxed visit. The space features comfortable beds, a cozy living area, and a fully stocked kitchen with coffee makers, updated appliances, and plenty of essentials for preparing meals or quick snacks. Large windows provide views toward the Silos and surrounding downtown area, giving the space a bright, open feel throughout your stay. About the Behrens Building The Behrens Building was constructed in 1913 by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company as a fireproof concrete structure designed for safety and efficiency. In the 1990s, it was converted into loft-style residences that maintain historic character while offering modern comfort. Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. There is a queen size bed in the master suite. The Coffee Machine is a Keurig. We do provide pods, creamer & sweetners for your stay. The Balcony in a Small Lookout Balcony Only. No seating. The living room TV is a Smart TV with Streaming Apps. No cable. Families - we do have a pack and play available if requested! Wifi download 400+ Must be 21 or older to book.
