This lovely and cozy home has plenty of space to spread out, enjoy a campfire, cook on the grill, and you can actually see the stars at night. It’s all perfectly romantic, natural and serene. The kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig Duo, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, basic pantry items, table with 6 chairs and kitchen island with 3 chairs. The large master bedroom features a king size bed, 55" HD Smart TV, office desk with comfortable chair and access to the backyard. The master bath is the icing on the cake with a large walk in shower, a clawfoot bathtub and bathroom vanity with double sinks. We also have a large insulated metal building that guest have access to. It has an 85" HDTV perfect for watching your favorite game. And we have games such as foosball, indoor basketball arcade game, air hockey and a blackjack table. We added two mini splits that cool the room during warm weather months and propane heaters for cooler weather. Seating was not present the day pictures were taken but it has been added. We are located to some of Waco's best attractions: Lake Waco lake access - 7.6 miles Lake Waco Golf Club - 7.7 miles Silos – Magnolia Market - 15.8 miles Dr. Pepper Museum - 15.6 miles Downtown Waco Culture District - 15.6 miles McLane Stadium - 15.8 miles Texas Sports Hall of Fame - 17.9 miles Cameron Park - 11.5 miles Cameron Park Zoo - 14.4 miles Riverbend Park Ballfields - 11.5 miles Brazos Park East Boat Ramp - 12.7 miles Baylor University - 17.1 miles Lake Whitney - 14.5 miles Valley Mills Vineyards - 15.9 miles Waco Mammoth National Monument - 10.5 miles

I can't say enough positive things about the cabin! It was beyond the expectations of 7 high school friends who meet once a year to relax and catch up. The cabin was so comfortable and inviting that one day we didn't even leave....literally spent the entire day in the game room, outside on the swings and watching movies. And it's close enough to Waco to visit all the sites, especially the margaritas at Ninfa's! It was one of the most well stocked and appointed places we've ever stayed....from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Every room was immaculate! We didn't want to leave!! Thanks for a great experience!

I stayed at China Springs Cabin for my birthday, and it was everything I could’ve hoped for and more! The place was super clean, cozy, and full of good energy from the moment I walked in. The master bedroom was absolutely stunning — and that walk-in shower felt like luxury! My favorite part had to be the game room — so much fun, with karaoke and the perfect setup for laughs and memories. I truly loved everything about this cabin. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and happy. I created memories here that I’ll never forget. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and unforgettable stay!

This home was so much more than we expected!! Girls’ trip to Waco = 5 women in the house. Everything was over the top from the beds to the bathrooms to the kitchen to the game room! We didn’t really expect to spend time in the game room but we did and had such a fun time out there - singing karaoke and playing ping-pong and air hockey. I can’t say enough about this beautiful home and the hosts who were super responsive - approving a slightly early check in with an extra quick response! They also messaged us Friday evening to ensure that everything was up to par and that we had everything we needed. I will DEFINITELY recommend!!!

We had a great time out in China Spring! The gameroom was the perfect set up for family game time and enjoying some football/baseball on the big screen! The main house was warm and cozy to gather around the stove for some home cooking! Nice size lot if you want space, and plenty of parking! We would definitely recommend this China Spring rental if this is what you are looking for! Waco and China Spring are close if you forget something, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a major city! A+++

This was the perfect spot for a big family summer getaway! Super clean and tons of room. The master bed and bath were INSANE, especially the shower! And the game room made for a great time in the evenings and when it was rainy. I have no complaints! Hosts were super responsive and friendly.
