Natural light brightens the entire family room and kitchen as the large original warehouse window dominates the street view brick wall. Enjoy the beautiful view of Waco including McLane Stadium through this window as you relax in the spacious family room. Three bedrooms feature one king-sized bed, separate bath with tub and shower. The other two bedrooms feature a queen and king sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom including double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The loft has a full sized washer and dryer, completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle. The family room features a 70 inch smart TV with cable. The loft is equipped with high speed internet access with free WiFi throughout. Device charging stations are found bedside in every bedroom, luggage racks in every bedroom and hair dryers are in each bathroom
Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. For Coffee - we have both a plain coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide some pods, creamers and sweetener. 70" Smart TV with basic cable. Two complimentary Milk Bottle Cookies for guest. Fable Bookshop located next door to The Behrens Lofts serving great pastries and coffee. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
