We are three blocks to Magnolia Market. One block to Spice Village. Across the street from Dr Pepper Museum. Upstairs from Fabled Book Shop and Cafe and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Less than 1 mile to Baylor University. We also are only 15 minutes to BSR Cable Park & Homestead Heritage. If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo and Waco Mammoth National Monument.

The Coffee Machine is a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay. Windows on 5th floor offer exceptional views towards The Brazos River area, Baylor University, downtown Waco and McLane Stadium. The living room and bedroom have a Smart TV's with Hulu and streaming apps. Families - we do have a pack 'n play. There are games and playing cards inside the silver coffee table in the living room. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.

The loft was so nice! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Dr. Pepper museum was right across the street and Magnolia only a short 5 minute walk! Good sized kitchen and a great view from the living room windows!

We loved staying in this condo in downtown Waco! It was close to everything - coffee shops, a bookstore, restaurants!! The bed was extremely comfortable. The space was the perfect size for us as a couple, and it was quiet. We will definitely be back!

We were very happy with this place. The host were helpful and proactive. The unit was clean. cute, and spacious. We felt very at home. Walking distance to lots of places to eat, tour, or shop.

We will be back! A great location to walk around Waco. Plenty of things to do and see in the area. Building is cool and parking is easy (even in my big F250). Room was clean and inviting and our host (via text) kept us with us making sure we got in and settled. Really great experience!

We absolutely loved staying here! The place was amazing! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do! My only recommendation would be if you like a more firm pillow try and bring your own. The mattress itself was very comfy though. Host was always responsive every time I have a question!

Wow! We loved our time at the Silocation, and will definitely look to stay here on trips to Waco. Location is hard to beat. Parking was easy, right beside the property. We were near the other downtown shopping and restaurants and enjoyed Fabled bookstore downstairs. Also convenient to Baylor campus. Enjoyed several local restaurants. The interior of the property was exactly as described. Lots of natural light, including tall windows where we had beautiful views, including the stadium and much of the downtown area. Very comfortable chairs and couches in the living room, set up with streaming TV. Kitchen equipped as described, and very functional. Some noise from people walking upstairs or upstairs plumbing, but not enough to be bothersome. Communication was great –helpful as we made our plans, and let us know check in and out process. Highly recommend, and appreciate the restoration work, beautiful décor and furnishings that have gone into making this

Find us

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
