We are three blocks to Magnolia Market. One block to Spice Village. Across the street from Dr Pepper Museum. Upstairs from Fabled Book Shop and Cafe and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Less than 1 mile to Baylor University. We also are only 15 minutes to BSR Cable Park & Homestead Heritage. If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo and Waco Mammoth National Monument.

Decorated in the style that made Waco famous - this condo will allow you to feel refreshed, while also filling up your creative soul! Color, texture, and unique decor all make this condo perfect for any vacation! Two large bedrooms and two baths provide plenty of lounging room. The kitchen, living and small balcony offer a convenient space for winding down at night with a downtown view. Long term stays welcome.
Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay. The balcony in a small lookout balcony only, no seating. The living and bedrooms have Smart TV's with streaming apps. Families - we do have a pack 'n play and a highchair. Must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
