Other Details to Note
Absolutely no pets allowed. If we see or find evidence of a pet at the property after your departure, a minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged to your stay. The reason we have this rule in place is that some people are allergic to pet dander. Our guest health are a top priority. This rule will be strictly enforced. Living room has a smart TV with streaming apps available. No cable. We provide both a regular coffee machine, as well as a Keurig and pods. Guest are responsible for bringing their own charcoal and starter fluid for charcoal grill. Must be 21 or older to book.
