The beehive is three blocks to Magnolia Market, one block to Spice Village, across the street from Dr Pepper Museum & right next to the Fabled Book Shop and Cafe and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays & less than 1 mile to Baylor University. We also are only 15 minutes to Waco Surf & Homestead Heritage. If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo and Waco Mammoth National Monument- all just a short commute from this condo!

Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. Smart TV in living area with streaming apps. Step out balcony. Families - we do have a pack 'n play. Full Murphy bed can be pulled down from wall in living room. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
