We are three blocks to Magnolia Market. One block to Spice Village. Across the street from Dr Pepper Museum. Upstairs from Fabled Book Shop and Cafe and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Less than 1 mile to Baylor University. We also are only 15 minutes to BSR Cable Park & Homestead Heritage. If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo and Waco Mammoth National Monument.

Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. There is a standard Coffee Maker as well as a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay. The living and bedrooms have Smart TV's with streaming apps. Families - we do have a pack 'n play. There is also a queen blow up mattress, as well as extra pillows and blankets. License number STR000343-04-2021 Must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
