The Guest House is a newly remodeled house nestled in the middle of 30 heavily wooded acres. If you are not interested in venturing to town, you can enjoy peaceful downtime the Guest House offers through the beauty of nature. This comfortable house is sure to provide relaxation from the hustle of life and a memorable experience. We are located on the north side of Waco with a straight 7 mile drive to downtown Waco, shopping, Baylor, and the Silo district. Close enough to shop, eat and play but far enough to relax and get away. Other places of interest near out home are Highlander Ranch, McLennan Community College, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Waco Regional Airport, Lake Waco Golf Club, Lake Waco, Cameron Park, and the Brazos & Bosque Rivers. We are also 20 minutes from Waco Surf.
Other Details to Note
Privacy of guests will be respected by the owners whose home is in the nearby physical proximity of the Guest House. Guests will feel a sense of seclusion and peace as they visit this serene location. Dove Season in Texas is September/October. On occasion you may hear shotgun blasts. The living room tv is a Smart TV with streaming Apps. The Living Room Sofa does pull out into a TWIN sleeper sofa. Coffee- we provide a regular coffee maker, as well as a Keurig with pods creamer and sweeteners. Fireplace is Decorative only! Corn Hole, firewood and starters are located in the small building next to the house. Firewood provided for the fire pit.
