We are located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a great view of Lake Belton. Rogers Park is just down the road and offers a boat ramp, park, great fishing areas and docks. Check for park closings before your stay. Temple Lake Park is about a 5 minute drive and offers picnic areas, swimming areas, boat ramp, volleyball & basketball courts, swimming area and more. This property is located at Morgan's Point. Must be 21 or older to book. Verification of ID required. Will make exceptions for first responders, active duty military and newlyweds. Please use caution on the back Patio. There is seating along the perimeter of the patio but no high railing. There is a daybed in the common area between upstairs bedrooms. We list them in a bedroom because Airbnb does not offer a common area in their listing description. We are on well water and have a filtration system in place. Must be 21 or older to book. 395 Mbps download for Wifi. Absolutely no pets allowed. If we see or find evidence of a pet at the property after your departure, a minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged to your stay. The reason we have this rule in place is that some people are allergic to pet dander. Our guest health are a top priority so this this rule will be strictly enforced.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. The communication was spot on. They were very proactive and making sure that we were good to go. The scene in the backyard on the patio was amazing. Waking up to the view left us speechless. We will be staying next time whenever we’re in town if it’s available, of course! Thank you guys so much it was worth it!

This home has lots of charm and a beautiful lake view. The home is nicely decorated and very cozy. We were a party of 5 and we were very comfortable with adequate seating and beds for all of us. We stayed in for all of our meals and found the kitchen perfectly adequate and stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice to go and sit on the deck that had ample seating for our group. The porch swing made everything extra fun. We enjoyed watching all the speed boats go by and ending things with a beautiful sunset each night. We usually ate at the bar in the kitchen, but there is a huge dining table which we used for playing games. We very much enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend if you want a peaceful, relaxing stay on the lake.

We stayed at D&L Vacation Rentals in Belton while my son had surgery at the nearby hospital in Temple, and it was perfect for our needs. The master suite on the first floor was ideal, as it gave him space and made it easier to get around on crutches. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. I worked remotely during our stay and appreciated the peaceful setting and view of the lake from the house. The hosts were pleasant and had great communication, which made everything simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a stay near Temple or Belton.
