Other Details to Note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. For Coffee - we have both a plain coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide some pods, creamers and sweetener. Smart TV with basic cable. Fable Bookshop located next door to The Behrens Lofts serving great pastries and coffee. This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
